Makawalu o Mauli Ola
 

Makawalu translates to eight eyes, and is a concept that reminds us that there are many ways we can look, learn, and observe our world.

Just the same, wholeness of a person or community is not defined by a single attribute. Many aspects of the lived experience are woven together and balanced to create each unique being, however intentionally cultivated or practiced.

Each 5-month cohort is selected from applicants to participate in a loving and rigorous exploration of 8 perspectives that when brought and kept in balance, can give us more access to all that makes us whole and in turn, more access to spirit coming through us.
